Sundance is an all-season mountain resort committed to the balance of recreation, nature, art and community. Located in Utah’s Wasatch Range at the base of 12,000 foot Mt. Timpanogos, the resort is less than an hour from both Salt Lake City and Park City, UT. Sundance had been owned and carefully developed for over 50 years by Robert Redford into a unique and authentic resort community beloved by many. We intend to carefully build on that legacy through additional investments in lift capacity, ski terrain, mountain infrastructure, base lodge dining areas, rental services and amenities, and a new on-mountain inn. Some of the many attributes of the resort today include:

  • 450 acres of skiable terrain and 45 ski trails accessed by four chairlifts
  • Five restaurants including the multi-award winning Tree Room
  • Conference and meeting facilities accommodating up to 700 people
  • 25 miles of hiking, cross country and mountain biking trails
  • Stunning mountain meadows, waterfalls and views
  • Large outdoor amphitheater and indoor film screening theater
  • Utah’s longest zip line
  • Over 100 homes, cottages and rooms for rent
  • Blue ribbon fishing in the Provo River at the base of the resort canyon
